As part of the assessment, the Centre for Assessment monitored our development and support of our software applications for education and training.
With a strong focus on customer support and continual improvement, the award recognises OneFile’s key values; to listen and work with our customers, build beautiful, user-friendly software and invest in our employees.
The award also looks at staff motivation and the impact of top management, highlighting the importance of our unique company culture and more specifically, our dedication to individual employee development.
