OneFile is delighted to announce we were awarded by Customer Service Excellence ® June 2016! 

This is a huge achievement for everyone at OneFile. It reflects our continued committment to our customers and the high standard of service our team provides everyday. We're thrilled to have received compliance plus in two elements of the CSE criteria.

Customer Service Excellence ® aims to bring professional, high-level customer service concepts into common currency by offering a unique improvement tool to help those delivering services put their customers at the core of what they do.

The foundation of this tool is the Customer Service Excellence ® standard which tests, in great depth, areas including delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude. There is also emphasis placed on developing customer insight, understanding the user’s experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction.
